Big Man Cookies started the way most good things do — someone kept asking for more. What began as a batch for family and friends turned into standing orders for offices, classrooms and more than one Friday afternoon.

How we bake

Small batches, real ingredients, nothing sitting in a case all day. Your order goes in the oven after you place it, so it reaches you soft in the middle with edges that still have a little crackle. Most of our doughs start with browned butter — that extra step is where the nutty, almost caramel depth comes from.

By the cookie or the dozen

Every flavor is priced both ways, so you can grab one on a whim or mix and match dozens for a crowd. Cookie sandwiches — two cookies with cream cheese buttercream between them — are the ones people come back for.
